SPR# MCHZ6C2HNQ - Increase the length of the string that can be passed into Notes from the command line above 255 bytes. This is a backport of the fix that was submitted into 8. This allows the Notes client to process a mailto URL of greater size (~8 KB). To enable this an OS environment variable Notes_UseExtCmdline=1 must be set. Please note that this is not a Notes.ini setting but rather an environment variable.
